POSITION: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Philippines

Salary: Competitive salary package + benefits

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, or emails

• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

• Follow company policies and procedures

• Document customer interactions accurately

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school/Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply

• With or without BPO experience, depending on the account

• Good English communication skills

• Good problem-solving and customer service skills

• Willing to work on shifting schedules

• Must be willing to work onsite when required
