We’re looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping people, this is the perfect opportunity to start or grow your career in the BPO industry. No experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Resolve billing, account, and service-related concerns.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Document customer interactions in company systems.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
Qualifications
• At least 18 years old.
• At least Senior High School (K-12) Graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• No BPO experience required.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
• Basic computer skills.
