Patient Care Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to support patients through exceptional service and effective communication. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
. With or without experience in local or international voice accounts
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Passionate about customer service and patient satisfaction
. Ability to manage and handle calls effectively
. Willing to work on-site
. Candidates must have 0–2 years of BPO experience only
Age limit: Up to 50 years old
