Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Account

Salary Package:
For 6 months BPO experience:
- Php 14,000 Basic Salary
- Php 2,000 Account Premium Allowance
- Php 1,000 Flex Fund Allowance upon hire
For 1 year BPO experience:
- Php 17,000 Basic Salary
- Php 2,000 Account Premium Allowance
- Php 1,000 Flex Fund Allowance upon hire
Benefits:
- 20% Night Differential
- HMO coverage starting Day 1
- HMO coverage for 1 dependent upon regularization
Qualifications:
- College Graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- SHS Graduate/College Undergraduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience
- Has good customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work onsite
