Description
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
Assist customers in resolving issues and inquiries related to products and services.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: high school graduate to bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience Level: 6 months and above years of experience in customer service or related roles.
Newbies are welcome too
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Competencies: Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
