Customer Service Representative – Insurance Brokerage Account

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance products, policies, coverage, and related services.
- Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with policy updates, documentation requests, and general account-related concerns.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions while meeting performance and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in company systems.
Qualifications
For CSR Level
College Graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience; OR
Completed at least 2 years in College with a minimum of 18 months BPO experience
For SME Level
Must meet the qualifications above
Solid Insurance Brokerage background is required
Strong knowledge of insurance processes, customer handling, and industry practices

Salary Package: Up to ₱35,000 (Maximum Package)
