Position: Customer Service Representative (International Healthcare Account)

Salary & Benefits:
₱23,000 Basic Salary
₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance
20% Night Shift Differential
HMO Coverage from Day 1
Performance Incentives
14th Month Pay
₱300 Monthly Rice Allowance (upon regularization)
Show-Up Bonus
Referral Bonus

Qualifications:
College Graduate or Associate Graduate (Any Course)
BS Nursing graduates are not eligible
At least 2 years of call center experience handling international healthcare accounts, including:

  • Pre-Authorization

  • Benefits & Eligibility

  • Claims
