Position: E-Commerce Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with orders, refunds, and deliveries
• Resolve account and payment concerns
• Provide support through calls, chat, or email
• Ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• At least High School graduate
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work on-site
