We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a Retail Account. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Document interactions and update customer records accurately.

Meet quality standards and performance metrics.

Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).

At least 1 year customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

At least 18 years old.

Preferably a college graduate of any course.

Willing to work on-site and start immediately.
