Role Overview:

Join our Retail Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Resolve product and service concerns promptly.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate – required.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire – whether directly or through third-party agencies.
