Job Description

‎We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our Travel Account team. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

‎Qualifications

‎- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

- At least 6 months of Call Center experience

‎- Excellent English communication skills

‎- Willing to work onsite

‎- Willing to work on shifting schedules
