QUALIFICATIONS
2–4 Years of College Completed
BPO Experience Required
International Voice/Blended Account Experience preferred
Strong English Communication Skills – B2 Level
Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Strong Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills
Experience with NPS & CSAT is a plus
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends & holidays
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
₱18,000–₱19,000 Monthly Package
