Join our team and help customers with their retail-related queries! This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with previous BPO experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and issues
- Provide support on returns, exchanges, and orders
- Help customers track their shipments
Requirements:
- Open to all education levels
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Hybrid setup available for experienced candidates
- NO WFH
