Location: Pasay City - Onsite
Salary: Up to PHP 22,000 Package
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Exciting opportunity for Insurance Voice Account (MENDOTA) at EXL Pasay! Earn up to PHP 22,000 package. This is an onsite role for experienced voice agents looking for a stable account.

Handle insurance customer inquiries via voice channel

Meet quality and performance metrics
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
At least Senior High School Graduate
Minimum 1 year BPO Voice experience required
Excellent English communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Willing to work onsite in Pasay City and on a shifting schedule
