Our organization is expanding, and we are currently seeking dedicated professionals to support our premier Education Account. In this role, you will provide essential support to students, educators, and institutional partners, ensuring smooth navigation of academic platforms and resolving account inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
Experience: A minimum of six (6) months of prior BPO experience is strictly required.
Core Competencies:
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, service-oriented mindset.
* Capability to handle inquiries professionally in a fast-paced environment.
