URGENT HIRING | Disbursement Coordinator – Finance Department



Location: Ayala, Makati

Work Schedule: Night Shift | Set-Up: Hybrid (onsite during training, hybrid afterward)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: PHP 40,000

Headcount Needed: 1

 





About the Role:



We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Disbursement Coordinator to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing accurate and timely disbursements (wires, ACH, checks), ensuring compliance with internal controls, and delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.





Key Responsibilities:





  • Manage all A/P disbursement functions, including processing payments, performing bank research, and generating ad-hoc reports.




  • Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards) and banking platforms (e.g., JPM Access, CashPro) effectively.




  • Ensure accurate 1099 filing/processing and handle B-Notices in accordance with compliance standards.




  • Collaborate with banks and other financial institutions for payment resolutions and verification.




  • Maintain strict adherence to SOX internal controls and company policies.




  • Protect sensitive data and uphold the integrity of financial records.




  • Deliver excellent internal and external customer service.




  • Support international payment processing (IBK, SWIFT, CLABE), if required.







Qualifications:





  • Associate’s Degree or College graduate.




  • 2–3 years’ experience in Finance, Banking, Accounts Payable, or Disbursement roles.




  • Proficient in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards.




  • Experience with banking platforms like JPM Access or CashPro.




  • Knowledge of international banking formats preferred.




  • Familiarity with Oracle Payables, Markview, and Sovos 1099/B-Notice systems is a plus.




  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access.




  • Demonstrated experience with SOX controls.




  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.




  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete tasks efficiently in a high-paced environment.
