JOB TITLE: Finance Operations Lead - P2P / Accounts Payable - Shared Services - 6+ Years

Location: Philippines - Hybrid / Onsite (depends on site)

Work Setup: Day Shift / Mid Shift (depends on client)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring an experienced Procure-to-Pay Lead to lead our Accounts Payable operations. This role requires strong leadership, AP expertise, and experience managing teams in a BPO / Shared Services setup.

YOUR ROLE:

Lead and manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations

Oversee Vendor Master Data Management - VMD - and ensure data accuracy and compliance

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists

Drive performance, meet SLAs, and ensure high-quality service delivery

Collaborate with customers, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and transformation initiatives

Support operational transitions and service stabilization

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations

At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a People Management / Team Lead role

Strong background in Vendor Master Data Management - VMD

Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment

Proven experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams

Experience working directly with customers and client stakeholders

Background in operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation is a plus
