Location: Cebu City - Onsite

Salary: PHP 20,000 - 22,000 Package

ABOUT US - JOIN OUR FINANCE TEAM IN CEBU:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Finance Account at EXL Cebu! Earn PHP 20,000 to 22,000 monthly with a virtual interview process!

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle finance-related customer inquiries and concerns

- Provide excellent customer service and support

- Assist with account management and transaction-related issues

- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution

- Achieve performance targets and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education: At least Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate

- Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO voice experience required

- Communication: Good English communication skills

- Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Schedule: Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
