Position: Financial Account Representative
Salary: Up to ₱20,000–₱22,000 package
Work Setup: On-site
Qualifications:
- Senior High School graduate or College graduate
- At least 1 year BPO voice experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willing to work on-site
- Responsible, motivated, and customer-focused
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with financial account concerns and inquiries
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
- Handle account-related requests professionally
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines
