Handling inbound/outbound calls
Managing arrears
Conducting forbearance
Ensuring customer treatment follows compliance standards.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of FCA regulations
Consumer Credit Act,
GDPR, and
Negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience
• Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries
• Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
• Proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities.
• Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals.
