Job Title: FINRA Account – Customer Service / Financial Services Specialist

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced BPO professionals with FINRA licensing to join our financial services account. The successful candidate will provide professional support while handling customer inquiries and transactions in accordance with applicable financial services standards.

Minimum Requirements

- Completed at least 2nd year college

- 1 year or more BPO experience

- Active/relevant FINRA Series 6 and/or Series 26 license

- Series 6 or Series 7 required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures

Salary & Incentives

- ₱60,000–₱75,000 package

- Package may vary based on account and relevant experience

- ₱100,000 Sign-On Bonus
