College Graduate with 6 Mos of BPO experience Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 mos of BPO Experience College Graduate without work experience Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 mos of any work experience Has a good customer service orientation.
Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
Has good analytical skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing. Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work onsite.
Salary Package: 15K Basic Salary 2k Acount Premium Allowance +1K flex fund allowance (upon hire) 20% Night Differential Day 1 HMO HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization
