HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary Package: Up to ₱18,000+
Schedule: Shifting | Weekends & Holidays
Benefits: Day 1 HMO + Dependent HMO upon Regularization
Qualifications
- College graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
- OR completed 2 years in college (at least 72 units) with 12 months of any work experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work onsite
Compensation & Benefits
- ₱15,000 Basic Salary
- ₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance – upon hire
- ₱2,000 Account Premium Allowance – upon hire
- 20% Night Differential
- HMO – Day 1
- HMO for 1 Dependent upon regularization
