We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Healthcare Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of Call Center/BPO experience
Excellent English communication skills
Basic computer and navigation skills
Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Amenable to work onsite and complete the hiring process onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
