We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented CSR Agent to join our team. As a CSR Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have 6 to 17 months of BPO voice experience only
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig or Giga Bridgetowne, QC
- Able to work on shifting schedules
- Salary: 24k max package
