Role: Technical Support Representative (TSR)

• At least 1 year customer-facing support experience (BPO or non-BPO)

• Strong technical aptitude

• Able to read and understand technical codes

• Experience with AI workflows is an advantage

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work in a hybrid setup
