Job Title: ServiceNow HR Application Specialist

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite – Quezon City)

Shift: Night Shift

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HR Application Specialist to support and enhance our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional with experience in ServiceNow, strong integration capabilities, and a passion for driving process improvements across HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support HRSD solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
Develop and manage workflows using Flow Designer, Catalog development, and end-to-end deployment processes.
Support CI/CD lifecycle management, including test automation using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Work with Azure DevOps to manage stories, track progress, and communicate feature updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, improve system capabilities, and align with enterprise standards.
Facilitate system integrations, API testing, and enhancements to ensure seamless platform functionality.
Document processes, standards, and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with strong knowledge of HRSD processes.
Experience with Flow Designer, ATF, API integrations, and catalog development.
Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ITSM or CMDB modules is an advantage
