POSITION TITLE: HR Shared Service - Global Payroll Manager

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

SALARY: Confidential

Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for repeatable, predictable and measurable operations which includes but is not limited to the following:

• In-depth understanding of Benefits processes. Drives activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) & does whatever is needed to complete the task on time and error-free.

• Drive Operational Excellence within Team and support OE Focal. Liaise with the Operational Excellence Team as required.

• Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible.

• Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI. Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client.

• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.

• Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically. Liaise with BCM Team and Local IT on Testing.

• Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and schedule for an activity or project segment.

• Ensures progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.

• Assist Team with performing “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open to college undergraduates with relevant work experience

• Must have at least 7 years of Global payroll experience with 5 years in a leadership role )

(REQUIRED)

• Experience in SAP is required

• Candidates must be residents of the country and eligible to work in the Philippines

Additional requirements:

• Preferably residing in Quezon City, Boni, or Muntinlupa or anywhere with a travel time to Taguig of 1 to 1.5 hours or less. Applications from Laguna, Batangas, or farther south are not preferred.

• Preferably an active employee (Currently employed)

• Knows how to do taxes -Phil government-mandated benefits (compensation and benefits)

• Preferably someone who has not been unemployed for more than 3 months and is seeking stability. Should not have any side business, as some candidates resign to start their own ventures but end up looking for jobs again within a few months

• Willing to amend if the candidate is really fit for the role

• Willingness to relocate is required, but the candidate must have already relocated close to the office before hiring/ extending the offer
