We are looking for motivated *Service Desk Associates* to join customer support operations serving international clients across several industries.
Core Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide end-to-end assistance.
• Manage concerns involving accounts, products, orders, bookings, billing, and services.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining a professional tone.
• Resolve customer issues within established guidelines.
• Escalate cases that require specialized assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and meet performance standards.
Candidate Profile
• Senior High School graduate or higher.
• Strong English communication and comprehension.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules.
• Previous BPO experience is preferred for certain programs.
• Freshers may be eligible for selected openings.
