Job Title: Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant
Location: Taguig | Onsite | Mid-Night Shift
Salary: Negotiable
We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant to join our ERP Application Management Services (AMS) team. This role focuses on functional support, system optimization, and stable supply chain operations across client environments.
Key Requirements
4–7 years of experience working with Infor M3 SCM modules
Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, order fulfillment)
Proven experience in AMS or application support environments
Hands-on experience with incident and service management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy)
Ability to perform system configuration, testing, and functional troubleshooting
Experience with Infor M3 Cloud Suite (CE) is an advantage
ITIL-based service delivery experience or ITIL Foundation certification
Exposure to global or 24x7 support environments
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for Infor M3 SCM modules
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Execute configuration changes and process improvements
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data issues
Support core supply chain operations and maintain documentation
Participate in knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants
