Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant to join our ERP Application Management Services (AMS) team. This role is focused on providing functional support, system maintenance, and continuous process optimization across Infor M3 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

The ideal candidate has strong supply chain domain knowledge, hands-on functional experience with Infor M3, and a background in application support or AMS environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of supply chain operations in a global support setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise and support for Infor M3 SCM modules

Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests in line with established SLA timelines

Analyze user-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective or preventive solutions

Propose, configure, and test system changes to improve performance and business processes

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration, data, or system-related issues

Support core supply chain functions including procurement, inventory management, reconciliation, and order fulfillment

Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as SOPs, functional specifications, and training materials

Participate in knowledge-sharing activities and support the development of junior consultants

Required Qualifications

4–7 years of hands-on experience working with Infor M3 SCM modules

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes

Proven experience in Application Support or AMS environments supporting Infor M3

Hands-on experience with incident and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar)

Ability to perform system configuration, testing, and functional troubleshooting

Exposure to a global support environment or 24x7 AMS delivery model

Working knowledge of ITIL-based service delivery

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline

Willingness to work onsite in Taguig on a mid-night shift

Stable employment history (no frequent short-term roles under one year)

Must not be a current or former employee of CGI

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience with Infor M3 Cloud Suite (CE)

ITIL Foundation certification

Experience supporting multiple versions of Infor M3
