International Voice Account Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking confident and customer-focused professionals to join our Pure International Voice Account team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with international customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous BPO, customer service, or voice account experience is an advantage.
