Job Title: IT Service Desk (Massive Hiring)
Work Set up: Onsite in Pampanga
Work Schedule: Shifting.
Work schedule: Shifting either day or night shift.
Budget: Up to 45K
No. of headcounts: Massive hiring
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
ï‚· Provides First and second-line investigation and diagnosis
ï‚· Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per Service desk procedures & allocated timelines
ï‚· Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales
ï‚· Logs relevant incident/service request details per Service desk procedures
ï‚· Communicates with client regarding incident progress
ï‚· Ensures tickets are always updated until issues are resolved
ï‚· Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and support requests by phone, email, chat, or in person. ï‚· Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
ï‚· Installing and configuring necessary software and meeting end-user needs
ï‚· Escalating any serious problems to relevant departments and teams
ï‚· Ensuring optimal network performance
ï‚· Performing system updates, tests, and maintenance to avoid service interruptions
ï‚· Monitoring and reporting service desk tickets
ï‚· Analyzing IT incident reports and questions to identify any trends to make recommendations for changes and to prevent future problems
ï‚· Producing user manuals and guidance for end-users
ï‚· Creates/maintains documentation on Back Desk
ï‚· Special events coverage
ï‚· Local network support and/or assists centralized Network team
ï‚· Hardware/software selection, procurement, setup, installation, configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting
ï‚· User account creation/deletion and file permissions
ï‚· Laptop / Desktop Backup management and maintenance
ï‚· Assist all Joiners, Movers and Leavers tasks in the respective site
ï‚· Involve in Stock and Asset Management activities and coordinate with Stock Management
Qualifications:
ï‚· Bachelor's Degree or completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
ï‚· At least 2-5 years relevant field experience. Candidate should have Service Desk Experience . Reject CVs who do not have that experience or who have less than 2 years of relevant experience
ï‚· Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience
ï‚· With ticketing experience, technical skills and good communication skills
ï‚· Ability to work independently and take initiative
ï‚· Strong communications skills, both written and oral
ï‚· Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
ï‚· Willingness to work flexible hours when needed. This shouldn't be a basis of rejecting CVs if there is no mention of the same
ï‚· Should not be a serial job hopper.
ï‚· Reject all serial Job hoppers who show signs of changing jobs every time in few months
ï‚· Must be an immediate joiner
