JOB TITLE: Italian Bilingual

Location: Cebu City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Shift: Shifting schedule (depends on client/project)


About the Role

 We are looking for Italian Bilingual professionals who can support global clients through translation, interpretation, service desk, and technical support functions.

As part of Accenture’s Identity Verification process, all submitted resumes/CVs must include a photo to ensure application accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

Language & Translation Support

  • Perform document translation (e.g., requirements, designs, emails, tickets, error logs) from English to Italian and vice versa

  • Provide interpretation support during meetings, conferences, and discussions with clients, vendors, and internal teams

  • Research, compile, and learn business, technical, and tool-specific terminologies

  • Use and contribute to translation tools to improve productivity and consistency

Service Desk & Technical Support

  • Work in a Service Desk environment using both spoken and written Italian

  • Provide technical or functional support for systems such as SAP, Oracle, SFDC, Service Desk tools, or similar platforms

  • Willing to be cross-trained on technical, project management, or support-related tasks

Process & Quality Management

  • Initiate and support Quality Assurance and continuous process improvement activities

  • Update and maintain systems and tools according to standard operating procedures

  • Execute transactions accurately with minimal supervision

  • Conduct data verification, audits, and corrections as required

  • Document process changes and new learnings in standard formats with proper approvals

Operational & Team Support

  • Respond to information requests, escalate issues when necessary

  • Prepare standard correspondence using approved templates; ensure formatting and quality compliance

  • File, archive, and retrieve documents (electronic and paper-based)

  • Assist in training and coaching junior team members or new hires

  • Serve as a technical or functional resource (SME/super user) when required

  • Participate in special projects and meet defined KPIs and objectives


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English

  • Experience in customer service, translation, QA/testing, analysis, troubleshooting, or technical support

  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience in problem-solving, analytical tasks, and project coordination is an advantage

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
    Undergraduates with strong language proficiency are welcome to apply

  • Willing to work holidays, weekends, extended hours, and shifting schedules

  • Must be willing to work onsite and relocate to Cebu City

  • Open only to applicants currently residing in the Philippines

  • Should not be a job hopper (less than 1 year tenure per company)

  • Willing to work long-term in the Philippines
