About the Role
Are you fluent in Japanese and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for Japanese Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to join a global team supporting an Advertising Search Engine account.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong Japanese communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced customer support environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Japanese and English.
Provide professional support for advertising search engine products and services.
Resolve customer inquiries while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications
Native and non-native Japanese speakers are welcome.
Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
Minimum B1 CEFR English proficiency.
At least 6 months of Japanese voice account or business-level Japanese voice experience.
JLPT N1 or N2 is preferred for non-native speakers but is not mandatory with sufficient voice experience.
Native Japanese speakers may apply even without prior work experience.
Candidates with strong Japanese proficiency (close to JLPT N1) are encouraged to apply even without Japanese voice experience.
