Job Title: JAVA FULL STACK DEVELOPER
Relevant Experience: 3 years +
Work Location: BGC
Shift: MId shift (130PM - 11PM)
Work Set-up: HYBRID (3X a week in office)
Salary range: UP TO P145K (Max salary will depend on the years of experience)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
> 3-5 years of experience in Java Spring Boot, AWS
DESCRIPTION:
• Operate as an individual contributor, actively participating in the design, development, and
deployment of application features and responsible to complete all the assigned work on time.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Maintain documentation for code, processes, and configurations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven track record of leading software projects or mentoring junior developers.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Candidate must have good hands-on experience in Java, Spring boot, REST, MongoDB, Dev
Opps Technologies.
• Candidate must have good hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST, MongoDB, Dev

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:
• Java Springboot + ReactJs ((Ideally should not be more than 3-5) and MongoDB- A MUST HAVE SKILL/S
• React JS, Kubernetes & cloud is optional (Good-to-Have Preferred Qualifications)
