We are seeking an experienced Monitoring, Observability and Event Management Architect to design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions. The successful candidate will lead the integration of monitoring alerts into ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps, develop monitoring standards, automate monitoring processes, and support Azure-based applications across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application performance, resolve infrastructure issues, implement monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes, and drive innovation through automation and proof-of-concept initiatives.
