Qualifications

Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
Fluent and spontaneous in Khmer
Able to communicate professionally in Khmer
Working knowledge of English is required
Comfortable handling complex customer conversations
Collections experience is highly preferred but not required
Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is an advantage
Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa
Temporary Resident Visa holders may also be considered for non-Filipino applicants
Willing to work onsite and on shifting/night schedules

Responsibilities

Provide excellent multilingual customer service
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Communicate effectively in Khmer and English
Support business and operational requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
