Job Title: Knowledge Management Lead

Location: BGC Taguig or Makati | Setup: Hybrid/RTWO | Shift: Night/Shifting

Salary: ₱75K–₱130K | Experience: 5–8 years

We are hiring a Knowledge Management Lead for a leading financial institution (Bank of the Philippines). The role involves defining, documenting, implementing, and governing Knowledge Management (KM) processes while ensuring alignment with other ITSM processes.

Requirements:

10–12 years’ experience in KM implementation and governance.

ITIL 4 or V3 Foundation certification.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong hands-on experience managing, categorizing, and maintaining knowledge articles.

Experience with onsite–offshore coordination.

Preferred:

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

Service Integration and Management (SIAM) background.

Other Details:

Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig or Makati.

Stable career history required (no short-term job hopping).

Not a current or former TCS employee.

USP: Experience in ServiceNow KM within Infrastructure projects in the banking domain is highly desirable.
