Location: Parañaque City (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Work Schedule: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant – Lead to drive SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with strong techno-functional expertise in SAP OTC processes, solution design, system configuration, implementation, and production support.
As a Lead Consultant, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, lead SAP enhancement projects, optimize business processes, and support enterprise-wide SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead business requirements gathering and translate requirements into SAP SD/TM solutions.
Configure and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) modules.
Design, document, and implement SAP OTC business processes.
Lead SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot production issues and resolve support tickets within SLA.
Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Drive continuous process improvements and SAP optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, EWM, and technical teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5–10 years of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) experience.
Strong expertise in SAP SD, Logistics Execution (LE), and Transportation Management (TM).
Experience in SAP OTC implementation, rollout, and production support.

Functional Specifications (RICEFW)
Experience with SAP Vistex, FSCM, and ABAP debugging is an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP MM, FI, and EWM integration.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in Agile environments is an advantage.
