Job Summary: Senior System Analyst (CMS Focus)

Role Overview:
The Senior System Analyst works closely with business users, analysts, and IT teams to define system requirements, analyze problems, design solutions, and implement integrations with the Consultant Management System (CMS). The role may include technical work such as updating PL/SQL or Java code, preparing test data, and generating reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Support CMS operations and maintenance, liaising with stakeholders and IT teams.
Participate in requirements gathering, prioritization, and peer reviews.
Decompose business requirements into functional requirements.
Document processes, test programs, and ensure technical compatibility.
Provide production support and user guidance on CMS functionalities.
Handle system integrations and perform ad-hoc data updates with approval.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 10 years as a senior system analyst, including 2 years with senior users
At least 10 years in Procurement or Financial applications
5+ years in system integration projects
Strong Microsoft Office skills, SDLC knowledge, Oracle DB familiarity
Excellent English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Other Requirements:

Not a job hopper; must not be a current/former TCS employee
Able to work hybrid (3 days onsite in BGC Taguig/Ortigas)

Reporting:
Reports to the ITD Manager at ADB and works with internal/external stakeholders.
