We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with at least 6 months of call center experience. The ideal candidate should be a High School or Senior High School graduate with excellent communication skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. This position requires the individual to work on site.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers with product-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on site

Salary:

Up to ₱27,000
