‎Job Summary

‎‎We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Billing Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you will support billing operations, address account-related inquiries, and help ensure an accurate and efficient billing process while delivering exceptional customer service.

‎

‎Key Responsibilities

‎Process and manage medical billing transactions in accordance with established procedures.

‎‎Handle billing inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and patients.

‎‎Review accounts to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.

‎‎Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.

‎‎Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and billing information.

‎

‎Qualifications

‎‎1–2 years of experience in medical billing, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or customer support.

‎Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex billing information clearly.

‎‎Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

‎‎High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

‎Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, if required.
