Mortgage Manager II (Wealth Management)
Taguig City | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day WFH)
Night Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Manager II to lead end-to-end US mortgage origination operations for a portfolio of complex loans. This role oversees pipeline management, operational controls, team leadership, process improvement initiatives, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and accurate loan funding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage mortgage operations from file intake through closing and funding.
- Lead daily pipeline reviews, escalations, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Coach, develop, and manage a team of 5–10 employees.
- Drive operational efficiency, quality assurance, and process improvements.
- Partner with underwriting, processing, closing, and technology teams.

Requirements

- 10+ years of US mortgage operations experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
- Experience handling complex mortgage files and operational controls.
- Proficiency with mortgage systems and reporting tools.

Preferred

- Private Banking/Wealth Management experience.
- Tableau, Power BI, automation, or project management experience.
