Role Overview:

We are seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist to join our team! You will assist customers with mortgage inquiries, loan applications, and account concerns, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding mortgage accounts.
Assist with loan applications, payments, and account updates.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate / SHS Graduate / College Level – required.
Minimum 1 year mortgage experience – required.
Strong Customer Service or BPO experience (preferably from banking industry).
Excellent English communication skills.
Amenable to Work From Home setup with shifting schedules.
Stable internet connection and conducive workspace.
