Location: Quezon City (Remote)
Work Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

We are looking for fluent Thai-speaking professionals to join our growing team! Whether you're an experienced BPO professional or looking to start your customer service career, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
Provide professional customer support in Thai and English.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Accurately document customer interactions using company systems.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Build customer trust through exceptional service and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Fluent in spoken and written Thai.
Able to communicate naturally and professionally in Thai.
Working knowledge of English (training and internal systems are in English).
Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
Previous Collections experience is an advantage but not required.
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not required.
Must have the legal right to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa/work authorization.
Applicants with a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) are also welcome to apply.
