URGENT HIRING – Multilingual Customer Support (Cantonese)
We are looking for fluent Cantonese speakers to join a customer support team in Quezon City. Candidates with or without BPO experience are welcome to apply.

Job Overview
The role involves providing professional customer support to Cantonese-speaking customers. Candidates must be fluent in Cantonese and have working knowledge of English, as training and client systems are conducted in English.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
Provide customer support in Cantonese and English.
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
Communicate clearly, accurately, and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds.
Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.
Build customer trust and loyalty through exceptional service and problem-solving.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate spontaneously and effectively in a professional environment.
Able to understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings.
Working knowledge of English is required.
BPO experience is not required.
Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required.
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required.
Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa.
Temporary Resident Visa may be accepted for non-Filipino applicants.
Must be willing to work onsite and on a shifting/night-shift schedule.
