Hiring: Multilingual Language – Thai

Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
⏰ Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Salary: PHP 34,746 – PHP 110,027.33/month
Sign-on Bonus: PHP 20,000 + Incentives
Openings: 20
Target Start: September 2026
Availability: ASAP

What We’re Looking For

Fluent and spontaneous in Thai
Able to communicate effectively in a professional environment
Working knowledge of English required for training and client systems
BPO experience is not required
Collections experience is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) is preferred
Must be eligible to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa
Temporary Resident Visa holders may also apply
Must be willing to work onsite and on shifting/night schedules

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat and email
Provide customer support in Thai and English
Assist with account, billing, service and product-related concerns
Resolve customer issues while delivering excellent customer experience
Accurately document customer interactions
Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction targets
Build customer trust through effective communication and problem-solving
