We are seeking a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent in Dutch, French, and English to join our team in McKinley Hill, Taguig. In this role, you will provide first-level technical support and customer service to users across EMEA and APAC regions, handling inquiries via phone, email, and case tracking systems. Your strong problem-solving and communication skills will ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve technical issues using excellent customer service, problem-solving, and technical skills .
Respond to user inquiries professionally and with speed, accuracy, and proficiency .
Solve problems using agreed-upon procedures and proper escalation processes .
Work in partnership with local management, colleagues, and clients to ensure requests are resolved to customer satisfaction .
Produce quality work and ensure fast, accurate turnaround of work .
Develop a comprehensive understanding and mastery of all Service Desk tools .

Remain updated on products, policy, procedure, and other operational issues .
Adhere to scheduled shifts, breaks, and rest day schedules .
Assist the Service Desk team with non-complex work orders and service requests as needed .

Qualifications

Must be able to speak, read, and write in Dutch and French (fluent)
