Role Overview • Handle member inquiries related to pre-authorizations, benefits, and eligibility claims • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Qualifications • College Graduate or Associate Graduate (any course) • BS Nursing graduates are not eligible • At least 2 years of call center experience handling international healthcare accounts, including pre-authorization, benefits, and eligibility claims
